 Correct replacement January 6, 2009
This cable replaced the one on our Garmin nuvi 660. The connector was wobbly and had worn out. This immediately worked like a charm.
 Does not work with 650 December 29, 2008
Although others have said otherwise, please note that this product does not work with the nuvi 650.

I am a little disappointed that this cable did not do what I had purchased it for. My original cable broke...making the MSN not operable. It works soley as a charger - it does not reconnect the MSN link. I am bummed.
Worked December 20, 2008
It worked like it was suppose to. It's not really Rocket Science. I'm using this cord while traveling so I don't have to remove my semi permanently mounted cord from my own car.
The cord is 6 ft long. It would be nice if it was a little longer because sometimes the windshield on some SUVs are lot further than 6 feet to the power outlet. 10 feet would be real nice.
This is an OEM replacement part.

This Garmin Volt Adapter Cable is better made, i,e. the plug tip is not likely to break off inside your car outlet unlike the original.
